Admissions

The Application Form must be completed by the student’s Parent or Legal Guardian. The below form allows you to enroll up to three children. If you are enrolling more than 3 children, you must complete an additional Form(s).

Once your Application Form has been submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of our Team. Within 2 business days, we will send you an email with next steps.

If your family has not yet attended an Information Session, we ask that you please attend an upcoming Virtual Open House. See our Events page for details and registration.

After review of your child’s Application Form and attendance at an information session or Open House, we will schedule a Family Interview.

Once the above steps have been completed, you will be contacted via email with an enrollment decision and directions for submitting your Enrollment Fee. The Enrollment Fee secures your child’s spot at RCAC and represents your commitment to enrollment for the upcoming school year. The Enrollment Fee is due within 5 business days of the enrollment decision. Please see our Tuition page for the most current Fee structure.

In June, you will be emailed with the opportunity to select your Tuition Payment Plan.

• Payment in full: A 5% discount will be applied if payment is received by August 1.

• 10 Monthly Payments: Even payments due August through May.

In June, you will also be billed for the Books & Material Fee. This per child fee is due by June 15th preceding the academic calendar year. Please see our Tuition page for the most current Fee structure.

Additional paperwork will need to be completed and turned in by August 1. This includes:

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Sacramental Records

• Immunization Records

• Medical Forms

• Emergency Contact Form (one per family)

• Photo Permission Form

• Acknowledgement of Receipt and Agreement to the policies outlined in the Family Handbook*

*Family Handbook will be available in June and emailed to Parents/Legal Guardians of all currently enrolled students.
