  • Jennifer Brenner - Founder & President

    Jennifer is an accounting and operational risk management leader who is deeply passionate about passing on the Catholic faith to future generations. Throughout her decade-long professional career, Jenn was known for building strong client relationships and excelled at managing cross-functional projects and teams. She holds a Masters of Arts in Theology, with a concentration in catechesis, from Franciscan University of Steubenville and has contributed as a catechetical leader with the Archdiocese of Detroit. It is her passion for her faith and her desire to give her children an authentic Catholic education that inspired her to found RCAC and bring a renewal of Christ-centered classical education to Columbus. Jenn and her husband, Isaac, attend St. Patrick Church and St. Leo Oratory in Columbus; they reside in Westerville, Ohio with their two sons.

  • Olivia Snyder - Co-Founder & Executive Director

    Olivia is committed to supporting families and helping them flourish. Holding a degree in Early and Middle Childhood Studies, Olivia served as a public school teacher for two years where she was able to support the intellectual development of children. She currently works at a pregnancy resource center in Columbus, is a Board Member for St. John Paul II Early Childhood Education Center, and teaches religious education classes at her home parish. Her most important job, however, is raising her three children alongside her husband, Ethan, in Urbana, Ohio. Olivia’s commitment to family-life and passion for excellence in education is what drives her as a co-founder of RCAC. She takes as her motto the classic saying of 19-century novelist, Fyodor Dostoevsky, “Beauty will save the world.”

  • Isaac Brenner - Co-Founder

    Isaac is a versatile finance executive with 15+ years in the healthcare industry. Holding a MBA and JD, Isaac’s unique blend of legal and business acumen makes him a dynamic leader of accounting and finance functions, corporate development, as well as financial analysis and reporting. Originally from Louisville, KY, Isaac attended a private Catholic school started by his parents, which is an inspiration to starting a school for his children in Columbus.

  • Ethan Snyder - Co-Founder & Board Member

    Ethan is an entrepreneur and businessman at heart. He is the Founder and President of a mid-tier business that grows and processes natural foods servicing numerous Fortune 500 companies. Having grown the business from 0 to 150+ employees, Ethan has deep experience in managing and growing organizations in service of their mission. Additionally, he has served on the Champaign County Economic Development Board and is a current Councilman for his Parish Council. Ethan is an avid reader who is perpetually building more bookshelves to house an ever growing library. He and his wife, Olivia, are former parishioners at Holy Family (Columbus) and currently attend St. Mary Parish (Urbana).

  • Madeline Pesavento - Board Member

    Madeline is a passionate leader who, since her reception into the Catholic Church in 2019, has dedicated her career to supporting at-risk pregnant women and families through unplanned pregnancy. Madeline’s experience in the nonprofit sector includes operations, development, and strategic planning for a national pregnancy resource center. Coupled with her experience in marketing and sales in the Fortune 25 corporate sector and her experience as a Board Member for St. John Paul II Early Childhood Education Center, Madeline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her leadership role with RCAC. Madeline and her husband attend St. Leo Oratory and reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio with their three children.
